GMC Utilities Group in Blanchardstown Corporate Park currently seeks an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. You will partner with management to align HR strategies with organisational needs, covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management and disciplinary procedures.

As a key member of our HR team, you will drive employee relations, staff development, succession planning and HR projects, while ensuring compliance with labour laws and maintaining HRIS data and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources is essential.
• 2–5 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar.
• Full clean driving license is required.
• Experience with disciplinary and grievances procedures is essential.
• Unionised environment experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recruitment, screening resumes, interviews and offers.
• Manage onboarding for new employees and integration into culture.
• Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and fill roles.
• Develop and maintain employer branding to attract top talent.
