Job summary

The National Institute for Bioprocessing Research and Training (NIBRT) is seeking a Director of HR to shape the people agenda at a global centre of excellence in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Qualifications

• Significant HR experience with at least five years in a senior/leadership role.
• Experience advising a Board and Senior Leadership Team.
• Proven track record developing people strategy and leading change.
• Experience in life sciences, biopharma, research, education or publicly funded sector.
• Knowledge of executive coaching and reward/recognition methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a People Strategy aligned with NIBRT's goals.
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning and org development.
• Advise the CEO, SLT and Board on people strategy and organisational risk.
• Drive leadership development, engagement, inclusion and positive workplace culture.
• Oversee HR operations, employee relations, rewards, L&D and HR systems.
• Ensure compliance withIrish employment law and drive continuous improvement.
