Job summary

Alliance Medical are recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to join the HR team in Raheen Business Park, Limerick. The role focuses on strategic partnership across the employee lifecycle, with emphasis on employee relations and learning & development to support company goals.

The position is permanent with 37.5 hours per week, offering hybrid working 3 days in-office and 2 days remote after probation, with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience building partnerships with business leaders and implementing learning and development opportunities.
• Advisory / HRBP experience in employee relations, including working with managers on complex HR matters.
• Experience coaching managers and employees.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills in a busy environment.
• Excellent IT skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Alliance Medical Management Team and all people managers on employment, learning, and development to support business and patient experience.
• Promote engagement programmes including wellbeing and employee recognition to strengthen retention.
• Support performance management and maintain data to develop employees for long-term goals.
• Collaborate with managers on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management and change initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies, frameworks and initiatives compliant with internal processes and local legislation.
• Develop, maintain and deliver HR communications using SharePoint and technology; promote HR best practices and employee self-service.
• Analyze HR and People metrics to provide accurate information for the business.
