Job summary

Valeo in Ireland seeks a Site HR Business Partner to oversee HR policy, employee relations and organizational structures at the Tuam site. You will partner with site leadership to drive talent development, succession planning and hiring aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master’s in HR or related field.
• 5+ years in HR roles with strong industrial/employee relations experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment and with HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Development Campaigns (appraisals, reviews, career plans) per policy.
• Support site management to align HR with future skills and staffing.
• Oversee HR data accuracy and site HR policies.
• Provide expert HR advice to managers and supervisors.
• Support recruitment activity as required.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and audits.
• Manage industrial/employee relations and stakeholder relations.
