Job summary

Harvey Norman Ireland is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the Head Office team from our Swords base. You will partner with Store Managers and People Managers to attract, develop and retain talent while driving HR strategy and change initiatives across the country. The role requires 3 years as an HRBP, a Diploma in HR, and CIPD progress.

Travel and a full driving licence are necessary. You will collaborate with Payroll, L&D, Health & Safety and maintain strong stakeholder

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Human Resources is essential.
  • Minimum 3 years HR Business Partner experience.
  • CIPD qualification or working toward it is required.
  • Must be able to travel, including overnights, and hold a full driving licence.
  • Data-driven and evidence-based approach is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Store Managers and Senior Leaders on HR issues.
  • Support workforce planning across multiple locations.
  • Manage employee relations, including grievances and performance matters.
  • Coach managers to enhance leadership and high performance.
  • Lead talent management, succession planning and development initiatives.
  • Drive engagement, retention and culture improvements.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies with operations.
  • Guide organisational change and business transformation initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on pay, recognition, and promotion practices.
