Job summary

Manor Farm in Shercock, Co. Cavan, on-site, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to partner with senior leaders on people, culture and performance.

You will translate the People strategy into practical plans, support change programmes and provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters. With 7+ years in HR, experience in manufacturing, and knowledge of Irish employment law, you will influence decisions using data insights and ensure compliance across HR processes.

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years' progressive HR experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Proven experience leading HRBPs and supporting complex employee relations and organisational change.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law, WRC processes and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience using HR analytics and workforce insights to guide decisions.
  • A relevant third-level qualification in HR; CIPD qualification desirable.
  • Excellent judgement, confidentiality, stakeholder influence and communication skills.
  • Practical, solutions-driven approach with confident coaching of leaders.

Senior HRBP

Location: Shercock, Co. Cavan (on site)

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team in Shercock, Co. Cavan. This is a role for someone who enjoys making a real impact - shaping people plans, coaching leaders, supporting organisational change, and helping the business make confident, compliant, data-led decisions.

What you'll be doing
  • Partnering with senior leaders on people, culture, performance, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.

  • Translating the People strategy into clear, practical plans for business areas and ensuring effective delivery.

  • Providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, change programmes, restructures and performance interventions.

  • Using people data and insights to influence decisions, manage risk and support evidence-based workforce planning.

  • Supporting HR governance, audit readiness, policy implementation and people-related compliance activities.

  • Providing senior oversight on employment law, WRC-related matters, GDPR, right-to-work requirements and Working Time Directive compliance.

  • Helping leaders build capability, strengthen engagement and deliver practical people solutions that support business goals.

What we're looking for
