Job summary

Matrix Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a key role at the site level. You will report to the Site Director and work closely with the leadership team to provide expert HR guidance and support workforce planning, engagement and development.

Responsibilities include driving people strategies, handling employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, succession planning and DEI initiatives while ensuring compliance with legal and audit standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years HR experience, ideally from FMCG/manufacturing/food production.
Solid understanding of employee relations and employment law.
Confident coaching, influencing and partnering with stakeholders.
3rd level HR or Business Degree is required.
CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with site leadership to deliver people strategies and workforce plans.
Advise on employee relations issues such as absence, grievance, disciplinary and performance.
Drive recruitment, onboarding, succession planning and talent development.
Lead efforts in employee engagement, wellbeing, DEI and community activities.
Monitor HR metrics, manage HR systems, and ensure compliance with legal/audit standards.
