Qualifications

• Extensive background in financial services or payments industry.
• Experience managing partner relationships with banks or PSPs.
• Proven ability to drive partnerships across Product, Legal, Risk and Finance.
• Strong strategic thinking and diagnostic problem solving skills.
• Ability to influence and earn trust across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-partner strategy for global banking partnerships.
• Own partner plans, economics and day-to-day operations to drive outcomes for Stripe.
• Leverage banking and payments knowledge to craft partner-led product strategies.
• Collaborate with Product to execute deals and ensure execution plans.
• Educate internal teams and banking partners to advance the bank-led strategy.
