Job summary

Stripe in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead a team of TPMs and PGMs, delivering cross‑cutting risk programs. You will hire, coach and grow high‑performance TPMs, while also acting as a TPM on the most complex initiatives that require hands‑on leadership.

The role demands strategic thinking, collaboration across product, engineering and leadership, and a commitment to Stripe’s trusted, scalable fintech platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience including managing managers.
• 8+ years of software engineering, systems engineering or technical product/program management.
• Experience coaching and growing talent through mentoring and career development conversations.
• Experience driving technical programs from ideation to delivery at scale and leading TPMs who have done the same.
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and time zones.
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and manage high-performing teams across multiple locations, including performance reviews and career growth.
• Define and deliver long-term vision and multi-year strategy for company-wide programs with product and engineering leadership.
• Define success criteria, delivery plans, track risks, and ensure execution of Risk’s complex programs.
• Improve communication and operating efficiency of teams to boost productivity.
