Job summary

Stripe is seeking an enthusiastic Partner Development Manager to join the EMEA Alliances & Channels team. You will cultivate and develop Stripe’s ISV partnerships across EMEA, working daily with regional sales teams and cross-functional partners to drive revenue and engagement.

The role requires 8+ years in partnerships or sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a strategic, analytical mindset, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partnerships or sales for high-tech or financial services.
• Proven track record in managing ISV partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence at C-level.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and manage a portfolio of ISVs across EMEA.
• Coordinate with Partner Solution Engineering to certify partners on Stripe.
• Optimize partner performance and expand revenue with joint sales.
• Execute partner programs, events and sales collateral with cross-functional teams.
• Report to stakeholders with analytical, clear communication.
