Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Solutions Architect to partner with mid-market and enterprise customers, solving complex business challenges with Stripe’s payments, SaaS, and Banking-as-a-Service solutions. You will build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives across teams.

You will demonstrate Stripe’s capabilities, architect scalable solutions, and guide customers through implementation paths while collaborating with product, GTM, and services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a similar customer-facing engineering role (solutions architect, sales engineer, etc.) in fin-tech/payments.
• Customer-facing experience presenting and architecting solutions; payments space preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in web/enterprise architecture or defining financial business processes.

Responsibilities

• Build executive relationships with CIO/CTO/COO/CRO and other key stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Understand customer objectives and apply Stripe payments, SaaS, Banking-as-a-Service and Link Network to challenges.
• Secure the technical win by delivering demos, responding to RFPs, and aligning narratives with customer goals.
• Collaborate with GTM, product and marketing to deliver impactful EBC briefings for mid-market accounts.
• Work with professional services and partners to accelerate activations and time to live.
• Collaborate with partners to help Stripe scale and reach Total Addressable Market.
• Travel about 25% to connect in-person with users and internal teams.
