Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Manager in Dublin to lead a team of TPMs and PGMs delivering cross‑Stripe risk programs. You will hire, coach, and grow a team while remaining hands-on on the most complex initiatives.

You'll partner with product management and engineering leadership to align long‑term strategy, define success criteria, and manage delivery across time zones, ensuring robust execution of critical programs within Risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience including managing managers.
• 8+ years of software engineering, systems engineering or technical product/program management experience.
• Extensive experience coaching, mentoring and career development conversations.
• Experience driving technical programs from ideation to delivery at scale and leading TPM teams.
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and time zones.
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and manage high-performing teams across multiple locations with performance reviews and career growth.
• Define and deliver on long-term vision and multi-year strategy for risk-related programs with product/engineering leadership.
• Define success criteria, delivery plans, track risks, and ensure execution of Risk’s complex programs.
• Improve communication and collaboration to significantly increase team productivity and efficiency.
