Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an FP&A Manager based in Ireland to shape financial planning and decision-making in a fast-growing SaaS/fintech environment.

You will own forecasting, management reporting and scenario analysis, build scalable reporting, and lead an FP&A Specialist while collaborating with Data, Revenue Operations and senior leadership. This is a high-autonomy role with strong ownership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional finance experience with FP&A, forecasting and business partnering.
• Experience in a SaaS or fintech scale-up environment.
• Fluent English communication; other languages are a plus.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Experience building consolidated forecasts across multiple entities and markets.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and planning logic (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV/CAC, margins).
• Experience collaborating with Data/BI and finance teams to improve data models and processes.

Responsibilities

• Take independent ownership of core FP&A activities across monthly close, management and board reporting.
• Strengthen forecasting with scenario and sensitivity analyses for planning and decision-making.
• Build and maintain consolidated multi-entity and multi-market forecasts.
• Develop reliable reporting on SaaS metrics and financial performance for stakeholders.
• Consolidate and formalize business metric definitions into a shared dictionary and drive adoption.
• Partner with Data and other functions to improve data models and self-service reporting.
• Improve scalability of reporting and analytics by reducing manual Finance workflows.
• Respond to ad-hoc business questions while building scalable systems.
• Monitor and communicate financial performance, risks, trends and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the FP&A Specialist, coaching and developing analytical capabilities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data, Revenue Operations and leadership to reflect operational realities.
• Support planning and board discussions with data-backed analysis and clear recommendations.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools and ways of working as the organisation scales.
