Job summary

FK International - Financial Search and Selection is seeking an ambitious FP&A professional for a newly created role within a fast-growing healthcare group in Ireland. Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee financial performance, planning and strategic support.

The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with several years of FP&A experience, strong modelling and advanced Excel skills, systems savviness and excellent analytical and commercial acumen to drive decision making.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with at least a few years relevant FP&A PQE in industry.
• May suit someone looking to progress to a number one role in FP&A.
• Strong financial modelling skills, advanced excel.
• Systems Savvy.
• Excellent analytical skills, and strong commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise financial performance and strategic decision making.
• Financial planning, annual budgeting, forecasting and associated analytics, 3-5 year planning.
• Leading business partnering activities, providing insights to support decision making.
• Monthly performance analysis and reporting to Executive team.
• Sensitivity analysis and what-if scenarios on investment opportunities.
• Investment appraisals of organic and acquisitive growth.
• Capex oversight.
• Ad-hoc projects for CFO, CEO and Executive team.
