Job summary

STRIVE Search is working with a leading international organisation in Ireland to recruit an FP&A professional. The role sits in the FP&A function, partnering with senior stakeholders to provide critical financial insight, support planning and drive commercial decision-making.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting, with exposure to P&L analysis, KPI tracking and business driver insights.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and presenting financial analysis.
• FMCG, food or manufacturing experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support budgeting, forecasting and monthly financial reporting across the business.
• Provide analysis of financial performance, including P&L, KPIs, variances and key business drivers.
• Build financial models and scenario analysis to support commercial planning and decision-making.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and P&L owners, providing clear financial insight and recommendations.
• Prepare management reporting, presentations and analysis for senior leadership.
• Support customer profitability and working capital analysis, alongside balance sheet controls and governance.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, processes, systems and automation.
