Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience in Group Finance, FP&A or Corporate Finance in a large corporate, multinational or PLC.
• Strong commercial acumen; ability to translate financial data into business insights.
• Proven forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, scenario modelling and strategic analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management; able to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of long-term financial plans aligned to growth objectives.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and rolling reforecasting across the business.
• Develop sophisticated financial models for investments and market scenarios.
• Provide analysis of performance, opportunities, and strategic initiatives for execs.
• Support investment decisions with business cases and performance evaluation.
• Deliver board-level reporting and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operational and commercial leaders to drive performance.
• Enhance FP&A processes, reporting frameworks and planning capabilities.
