Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Account Manager in Cork, ROI, to lead integrated facilities management services across a multi-site portfolio in the West and South of Ireland. The role requires strong technical FM background, leadership of engineering teams, and delivering exceptional client service.

You will manage hard and soft FM operations, foster key client relationships, and drive continuous improvement, compliance and financial performance across contracts.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing technical services, engineering, or integrated facilities management contracts.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM, asset management and maintenance strategies.
• Experience managing large operational teams and senior client relationships.
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting and P&L.
• Qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management or Building Services desirable; professional memberships or HSE qualifications mentioned.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated hard and soft FM services across a multi-site portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence, compliance and continuous improvement across engineering and facilities operations.
• Manage account budgets, forecasting, P&L performance, and identify opportunities for contract growth.
• Lead, coach and develop operational management teams, creating a high-performing culture.
• Support contract mobilisations, service transformations and capital projects; drive innovation and best practice.
