Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Account Manager in Cork, ROI, to lead integrated facilities management services across a multi-site portfolio in the West and South of Ireland. The role requires strong technical FM background, leadership of engineering teams, and delivering exceptional client service.

You will manage hard and soft FM operations, foster key client relationships, and drive continuous improvement, compliance and financial performance across contracts.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing technical services, engineering, or integrated facilities management contracts.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM, asset management and maintenance strategies.
• Experience managing large operational teams and senior client relationships.
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting and P&L.
• Qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management or Building Services desirable; professional memberships or HSE qualifications mentioned.
