Job summary

Sodexo in Tralee, Republic of Ireland, is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the on-site hard and soft services team across a PPP Schools contract, ensuring safety, compliance and high service standards.

The role covers day-to-day FM operations, contractor management, lifecycle programmes and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget and maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in Facilities Management leadership.
• Experience managing hard and soft FM services.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Understanding of PPM and lifecycle management.
• Good IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site hard and soft services team.
• Oversee PPM, reactive maintenance and lifecycle programmes.
• Manage contractors and small works programmes.
• Own SSOW permitting process and safety walks.
• Monitor service delivery and contractual compliance.
• Manage lifecycle expenditure within budget.
• Act as operational contact for on-site issues.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
