Job summary

Gowan Auto in Ireland is seeking a Fleet and Lease Sales Channel & Remarketing Manager for Peugeot. You will drive national fleet and commercial sales targets, and oversee remarketing of Peugeot self-registered stock through the dealer network.

The ideal candidate has a first-class track record in managing National/International Fleet, Lease and rental accounts, with strong sales, business management and communication skills within the automotive sector.

Qualifications

• First-class proven track record in dealing with major National/International Fleet, Lease and rental customers.
• Experience in automotive sales with strong business management and communication skills.
• Government tenders experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver agreed sales targets for Fleet, Lease and PC/LCV brands.
• Remarket Peugeot self-registered vehicles through the dealer network.
• Manage the Peugeot fleet of registered vehicles, including pricing in line with the market.
• Develop relationships with fleet, lease and rental companies to maximize opportunities.
• Identify and fulfill government and key account tenders as a core function.
• Coach and work with dealers to develop small fleet business in their territory.
• Collaborate with manufacturer on new model rollouts and pricing/forecast accuracy.
• Implement action plans with dealers for LCV sales growth.
• Achieve market share objectives and budgeted sales targets.
