T&C Motors, the main Peugeot dealer for Waterford City and County, is seeking a driven, confident, customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role offers the chance to build a rewarding career while representing the Peugeot brand and working with an award-winning dealership.

You’ll welcome customers, sell vehicles, conduct test drives, explain finance options, close deals, and develop long-term relationships to drive repeat business.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with people skills.
• Target-driven and results-focused.
• Creative problem-solver and quick learner.
• Good negotiation and closing abilities, or willingness to develop them.
• Comfortable using digital tools, social media and online research.
• A full clean driver’s license is essential.
• Motor industry experience is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers into the showroom and helping them find their perfect vehicle.
• Selling new and used vehicles while delivering a top-class customer experience.
• Organising and conducting test drives.
• Explaining vehicle features, finance options and offers clearly.
• Closing deals and celebrating wins.
• Building long-lasting relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Generating leads through follow-ups, social media and creative ideas.
• Working with the Sales Manager and team to hit and exceed targets.
• Staying up to date with Peugeot models, technology and industry trends.
