Geely Auto Ireland seeks an experienced Sales Director to lead the Ireland sales function and retailer performance strategy. You will drive sales targets, forecast demand and manage the retailer network to achieve market share and profitability goals.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key as we launch and grow Geely in Ireland. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning and a track record in automotive sales and dealer networks, with a focus on delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• Significant experience in automotive sales leadership and dealer networks.
• Proven ability to lead sales targets and retailer performance.
• Strong forecasting, planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Geely Auto Ireland’s sales strategy and targets.
• Lead retailer performance management and onboarding across Ireland.
• Oversee sales planning, forecasting and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Aftersales, Operations and Finance.
• Drive fleet, leasing and finance programmes to grow volume.
