Job summary

T&C Motors in Waterford, the main Peugeot dealer for Waterford City and County, is hiring a Car Sales Executive. You will welcome customers, sell new and used vehicles, organise test drives, explain finance options, and close deals while delivering a top-class customer experience.

You'll build lasting relationships, generate leads via follow-ups and social media, and work with your Sales Manager to hit and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• A confident communicator who enjoys dealing with people.
• Target-driven and motivated by results and rewards.
• A positive, go-getter mindset.
• Someone who enjoys problem-solving and thinking creatively.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, or the desire to learn them.
• Comfortable using digital tools and social media.
• Full clean driver's licence is essential.
• Motor industry experience is a bonus but not essential.

• Organising and conducting test drives.

• Generating your own leads through follow-ups, social media, and creative ideas.
• Working closely with your Sales Manager and teammates to hit and exceed targets.
• Staying up to date with Peugeot models, technology, and wider industry trends.
