Job summary

Truly Dental Group is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the group’s finance function across Ireland, the UK and UAE. The role reports to the CFO and focuses on controls, reporting, treasury and compliance in a multi‑entity environment.

The candidate will oversee month‑end close, statutory reporting, tax compliance and board packs, while supporting UK expansion, M&A activity and financing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or CPA.
• 8+ years post‑qualification experience, including multi‑entity exposure.
• Experience with UK tax, VAT and Companies House filings is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close across all entities and consolidation.
• Prepare board packs including group P&L, balance sheet and cashflow.
• Manage tax calendar across Ireland, UK and UAE.
• Oversee CRO filings, statutory accounts and group audit.
• Drive finance automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency.
