Job summary

BOYLE Sports is seeking a Group Financial Controller to oversee finance operations across retail and online divisions. You will manage accounting, reporting, tax, and treasury, reporting to the CFO and driving efficiency while supporting growth.

The role is based at Dundalk HQ with hybrid working, involving oversight of multi-jurisdictional financial operations and robust controls in a fast-paced, retail and online environment.

Qualifications

• Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is desirable.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day financial management across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, and treasury.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting (P&L and Balance Sheets).
• Oversee consolidation and cash flow management.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and resolve findings.
• Develop and mentor the finance team.
