Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial controlling, P&L management, and operational finance.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent accounting qualification preferred.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of P&L analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, and operational reporting.
• Analytical & commercial acumen with ability to translate data into insights.
• Strategic & project management skills with ability to lead projects and manage deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influence at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Business Reporting: deliver detailed reports with narrative commentary for management.
• Performance Analysis: assess revenue, margin and cost performance across markets.
• Management Reporting: produce accurate, high-level reports for group stakeholders.
• Predictive Forecasting: analyse trading trends and market conditions to refine forecasts.
• Investment & Capital Management: CAPEX diagnostics and budgeting compliance.
• Asset Lifecycle Management: oversee device write-off and scrapping impact on P&L.
• Commercial Pricing & Governance: manage price reviews and ERP-based pricing setups.
• Process Optimisation: design controls to improve efficiency and compliance.
