Job summary

Fpna in Galway seeks an analytically-minded Senior Finance Business Partner to partner with the CFO and CEO, leading budgeting, forecasting and multi-year financial planning. You will deliver strategic insights to support growth and profitability as the company scales toward ambitious revenue targets.

You will coordinate investor due diligence, capital allocation and pricing strategy, while supporting project finance, grants, and corporate development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with strong analytical and strategic mindset.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, investor due diligence, capital allocation.
• Experience with multi-year forecasting and modelling.
• Experience with project financial management and grant support.
• Strong communication with senior management and board.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning.
• Provide actionable financial insights to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
• Support fundraising, partnership negotiations and corporate development projects.
• Analyse macro cost trends, BOM, and margin performance across product lines.
• Develop advanced quantitative models using Power BI and FP&A platforms to evaluate investments and pricing strategies.
