Job summary

Barden | B Corp is recruiting a Senior FP&A Accountant for a permanent role in West Dublin. The role focuses on partnering with the Head of FP&A to drive budgeting, forecasting and commercial decision support.

You will own financial models, perform KPI analysis and cash flow forecasting, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years post-qualification FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in a commercial role is preferred.

Our client is a new and fast-growing Irish organisation based in West Dublin. They are looking for a qualified accountant to join their team as an Senior FP&A Accountant on a permanent basis. The business offers flexible working arrangements with 3 days a week in the office.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role provides an excellent step into a high caliber FP&A team. Main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the Head of FP&A in preparing and coordinating the quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts;
• Preparation and ownership of a range Financial Models to be used in commercial decision making;
• Perform on-going KPI analysis and cash flow forecasting;
• Business partnering with operational managers to develop business cases and ensure flow of financial information;
• Continually identify areas for process improvement;
• Ad-hoc projects as they arise.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• Qualified accounting professional with 4+ years post qualified experience in FP&A;
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills;
• Prior industry experience in a commercial role preferred;
• Self-starter and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders;
• Advanced excel user and strong system skills preferred.
