Job summary

Davy in Ireland is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Associate to act as a strategic finance partner for core business units. You will collaborate with unit managers to provide value-added decision support and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and experience in driving growth and scale. You will work across Finance to model scenarios, deliver performance insights, and support commercial objectives in a hybrid

Qualifications

Experience in long-term financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Ability to align financial strategy with business goals and transformation agendas.
Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience in performance management, profitability analysis, and investment appraisal.
Knowledge of financial controls, governance and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

Drive commercial performance through strong partnering and decision support.
Collaborate with business teams to develop multi-year forecasts aligned to objectives.
Provide commercial insights and scenario analysis for strategic decisions.
Champion process improvements and quantify benefits of investments.
Support governance, risk management and internal controls.
