Job summary

CPM Ireland, in partnership with Suntory, seeks a Business Development Representative to drive growth across Direct-to-Store and Out-of-Home channels in Ireland. You will manage the customer pipeline, plan journeys, and deliver NSV targets.

You will mentor the sales team, build relationships with key opinion leaders, and execute brand activation plans while maintaining monthly call-files and field visits to optimise performance across DTS and OOH estates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual NSV revenue targets.
• Oversee and improve KPIs in line with business goals.
• Mentor and coach the sales team to unlock opportunities in the DTS and OOH channels.
• Develop relationships with key opinion leaders within the DTS and OOH channels.
• Attend regular customer reviews with CBM and present key wins.
• Physically call to each account at least once a month per journey plan.
