Job summary

CPM Ireland is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth across Direct-to-Store and Out-of-Home channels in the Irish market. The role involves delivering NSV targets, expanding new RTMs, and strengthening customer relationships through field visits and strategic activation plans.

Working with the CPM Operations team, you will mentor sales colleagues, plan quarterly journeys, and manage call-files to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Sales targets: achieve and exceed sales and profit growth targets.
• Channel strategy: adapt strategy to maximise return in DTS and OOH channels.
• Mentor teammates: act as mentor and coach to sales team to unlock opportunities.
• Customer relationships: develop relationships with key customers and BDMs teams.
• Account management: perform necessary admin and maintain customer pipeline.
• Journey planning: structured journey planning to maximise efficiency and volume.
