Job summary

OpenText in Cork, Ireland seeks a strategic Principal Client Success Manager to guide enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal and growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning OpenText solutions with business objectives and driving executive engagement.

Lead Executive Business Reviews, collaborate with Sales, Services, Support and Product teams, and identify expansion opportunities while ensuring long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or similar client-facing role.
• Experience with enterprise customers in SaaS/cloud environments.
• Proven ability to drive adoption, retention and renewals.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management with senior/C-level audiences.
• Solid technical understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions and product capabilities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Fluent English and German are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers through the full lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with objectives and outcomes.
• Drive adoption, engagement, retention and value realization.
• Monitor customer health and proactively address risks.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and strategic discussions.
• Partner with Sales, Services, Support, Product and Partners to deliver a great customer experience.
• Identify growth opportunities and advocate for customer needs internally.
