Job summary

Covalen in Galway, Ireland seeks a Client Manager to own enterprise client accounts within a B2B SaaS managed services environment. You will be the principal contact for current service and future direction, bridging clients with delivery, DevOps and product teams.

You will manage service definitions, SLAs, and account governance while identifying opportunities to expand the service footprint and align client needs with product strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client management within a B2B SaaS or managed services environment.
• Experience owning named client accounts, with accountability for service performance and client satisfaction.
• Experience contributing to RFPs, SOWs, scoping or effort estimation for services.
• Business acumen: understand a client’s commercial and regulatory context and prioritise accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship for an assigned portfolio, acting as the accountable point of contact for client stakeholders.
• Govern service performance against SLAs, chair regular service reviews and ensure internal teams meet commitments.
• Own escalations from the client’s perspective through to resolution and preventive action.
• Develop a forward view of each client’s needs and translate into an account roadmap.
• Lead operational content of RFPs and tender responses; contribute to SOWs and renewals.
