Job summary

EPAM Systems in Dublin is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our sales team in a hybrid working setup. You will drive growth by coordinating with internal Consulting, Marketing, Alliances and Delivery teams, and partners in the region to bring together the right solutions for clients.

The role requires a track record in selling digital transformation services, strong relationship-building, and the ability to navigate multi-disciplinary teams to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8 years+ of relevant experience in selling bespoke digital technology services.
• Deep understanding of the local market with actionable network across Dublin-based clients.
• Track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.
• Experience collaborating with 3rd party partners for shared propositions and co-selling opportunities.
• Awareness of global digital trends and strong client management skills.
• Solutions selling experience and ability to build relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Transformation solutions using a consultative approach to meet revenue targets.
• Drive IT service related sales and marketing activities within the region and cross-region knowledge sharing.
• Maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities within the client portfolio.
• Coordinate and oversee the preparation of value propositions, sales plans, RFPs/RFQs/RFIs in collaboration with Business Units, sales, partners and executives.
• Work with internal teams to articulate EPAM's value proposition as a trusted systems integrator.
• Drive joint marketing initiatives with marketing teams.
