Job summary

EPAM Systems in Dublin seeks a hands-on Director/Senior Director of Technical Delivery Management to lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams across critical client programs in Ireland. You will partner with Ireland leadership on delivery management, account management, product management, architecture, technology consulting and engineering to drive complex, large-scale programs.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent with deep understanding of delivery leadership for large-scale programs.

Responsibilities

Take accountability for overall technical program execution and end-to-end delivery.
Set expectations with internal teams and clients and ensure delivery excellence.
Collaborate with design, development and technology teams to bridge business and technical needs.
Mentor and coach teams to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Act as trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic technical insights.
Coordinate across multiple streams: scoping, financials, sourcing, delivery of outcomes.
Drive alignment to maintain quality and timeliness across engagements.
Lead planning activities including estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives.
Identify and mitigate delivery risks and escalate critical issues.
Contribute to pre-sales with proposals, solution design and SOWs.
