Job summary

Clear-Engineering-Recruitment is seeking an experienced Data Centre Account Manager for Cork, Republic of Ireland. The role focuses on strategic accounts across Ireland and the wider EMEA market, owning relationships with hyperscale and colocation data centre operators.

You will drive multi-year account plans, develop a strong pipeline for long-cycle projects, and lead negotiations to close major contracts.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in data centre industry (cooling, HVAC, power or critical infra).
Established network with decision-makers in data centre operators, developers, contractors and consultants.
Proven track record of winning large-scale, multi-million-euro projects.
Experience in strategic sales, key account or global account management.
Strong commercial and contract negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

Own and develop strategic relationships with major data centre accounts across Ireland and EMEA.
Identify and pursue new opportunities across hyperscale and colocation data centre markets.
Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned with customer roadmaps.
Build and manage a substantial sales pipeline across long project cycles.
Develop relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and closing major contracts.
Position HVAC, cooling and clean-air solutions across large-scale data centre projects.
Collaborate with international sales, engineering, manufacturing and finance teams.
Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts and provide market insights.
Work towards revenue and order-intake targets while maintaining relationships.
