Mondelēz International in Ireland seeks a Customer Service & Logistics specialist to act as the single point of contact for your Customer Account portfolio, managing order flow and ensuring on-time, in-full delivery.

You will review availability, attend supply meetings, analyse data, monitor on-shelf availability, and drive service levels and sales through cross-functional collaboration with customers and internal teams.

Formación

• Experience in CS&L and with customers.
• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods company.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• SAP knowledge and expertise in MS Office is a critical pre requisite.
• Customer orientation, strong influencing and communication skills.
• Strong focus on delivering productivities, service and KPIs.
• Team player, accountable, proactive thinking, flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Be the single point of contact for your Customer Account portfolio.
• Manage order flow for your Accounts on time and in full.
• Review daily availability reports and attend supply meetings to understand constraints.
• Analyze root causes and report daily/weekly to Account teams and customers.
• Monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holding and promotions.
• Manage escalations for complaints and disputes to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Support project implementation and Continuous Improvement with internal teams.
