Zusammenfassung

Salesforce Finance and the Revenue Operations team is seeking a Sales Operations Contract Specialist to support EMEA deals, ensuring accuracy, compliance and swift order activation. You will partner with Sales, Legal, and Collections on contract structure, quoting, contract and order questions.

You will work closely with Sales, Revenue Recognition, Legal and Collections to turn complex deals into clean, compliant orders.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years' experience in customer order management, sales operations or sales support.
• Contract structuring and commission calculation experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Finance).

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic support to Account Executives on deal structure and order processing.
• Enable less experienced AEs to navigate complex processes and self-serve.
• Create and modify quotes to remove blockers for Sales.
• Ensure contracts comply with policy and SOX requirements.
• Review contracts for completeness and accuracy.
