Job summary

Salesforce Finance and the Revenue Operations team is seeking a Sales Operations Contract Specialist to support AEs across EMEA. You will handle deal structure, quoting, contract and order questions, and collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Collections to ensure compliant, accurate orders.

You will also coach AEs, streamline processes, and contribute to a knowledge base while driving improvements across quote, order, and revenue workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in customer order management, sales operations or sales support.
• Contract structuring and commission calculation experience.
• Participation in process improvement initiatives and/or project management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to Account Executives on deal structure, orders, and pre-quote conversion.
• Enable Sales teams to navigate complex processes and self-serve more effectively.
• Co-train within the team and help improve systems and processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Recognition, Legal and Collections on contract issues.
• Create and modify quotes to remove blockers and ensure SOX compliance.
• Review contracts for completeness and conformance to policy.
• Activate eligible contracts in Salesforce and assist with billing investigations.
• Share best practices and contribute to knowledge base.
• Build relationships with Sales, Renewals, Customer Support, and other internal teams.
