Job summary

Salesforce Finance and the Revenue Operations team is seeking a Sales Operations Contract Specialist to help Commercial and Enterprise Account Executives across EMEA close deals accurately, compliantly and with confidence.

You will partner on deal structure, quoting, contracts and orders, work with Sales, Revenue Recognition, Legal and Collections, and coach AEs to navigate policies while improving speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in customer order management, sales operations or sales support.
• Contract structuring and commission calculation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to Account Executives on deal structure, orders and pre-quote conversion.
• Enable less experienced AEs to navigate complex processes and policies and to self-serve more effectively.
• Facilitate cross-training within the team and improve existing systems and processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Recognition, Legal and Collections on contract issues and negotiations to ensure operational soundness and revenue alignment.
• Create and update quotes to remove blockers for Sales and ensure SOX compliance.
