Gallagher Ireland, based in Dublin, is seeking experienced commercial insurance professionals to join our growing practice. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their risk and deliver tailored insurance solutions that protect their business and enable growth.

Collaborate with insurers and Gallagher colleagues to renew, retain and expand a portfolio, while staying current with industry developments and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experienced in commercial insurance with client management and business development.
• CIP designation or working towards professional development.
• Strong relationship, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of commercial clients with long‑term relationships.
• Understand clients' businesses and provide tailored insurance and risk solutions.
• Work with insurers to secure competitive cover and terms.
• Manage renewals and retention while growing existing accounts.
• Generate new business through networking and referrals.
• Collaborate with Gallagher teams to deliver innovative client solutions.
