Job summary

Gallagher Ireland, based in Dublin, is seeking experienced professionals to join our commercial insurance practice. You will build trusted relationships with clients, understand their businesses, and deliver tailored insurance and risk management solutions to help their growth and resilience.

You’ll work with insurers to secure competitive terms, manage renewals, and identify opportunities to expand accounts, while staying current on regulatory developments and industry trends.

• Experience in commercial insurance with client management.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a portfolio of commercial clients by establishing trusted, long-term relationships.
• Understand your clients' businesses and provide tailored insurance and risk management solutions.
• Work closely with insurers to secure competitive cover and favourable terms.
• Manage renewals and retention activity while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and market development.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Gallagher to deliver exceptional service and innovative client solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry developments and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a trusted adviser, helping clients navigate challenges and opportunities as their businesses evolve.
