Job summary

AWS TAM role in Ireland invites you to serve as a principal technical advisor to customers across industries. You will guide adoption of AWS services, from EC2 to databases, and help plan solutions while ensuring operational health and cost awareness.

You will travel ~10% and collaborate with Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and Sales teams to maximize value and risk management for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical engineering.
• Experience with operating parameters and troubleshooting across distributed systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Advise on solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer.
• Ensure AWS environments remain healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
• Develop trusting relationships, understand business needs and technical challenges.
• Drive technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
• Consult with partners from developers to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales teams.
• Proactively identify opportunities for customers to gain value from AWS.
• Provide reviews of service events and monthly/quarterly metrics.
