Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Enterprise Support is seeking a Technical Account Manager fluent in Portuguese to support customers across Compute, Storage, Database, and more. The TAM will act as a trusted advisor to enable cloud journeys and knowledge growth, within the Energy and Utilities strategic accounts vertical.

As part of the team, you’ll develop technical and leadership skills, receive mentorship, and have opportunities for AWS certifications, while collaborating with Solutions Architects,

Qualifications

Professional fluency in Portuguese and English.
Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for multiple technical areas.
Experience in technical engineering.

Responsibilities

Develop trusting relationships with customers and review service disruptions.
Solve difficult technical and support challenges using your skills.
Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive feature development.
Run workshops and architecture reviews to improve customer capabilities.
Ensure AWS environments remain healthy while optimizing costs and risks.
