Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Billing Account Executive (Grower) in Dublin to drive growth with existing Stripe customers. You will lead strategic deals, collaborate with core sales, marketing, and product teams, and build deep product and industry knowledge to execute against go-to-market plans.

You will engage with executives and stakeholders across organizations, owning complex negotiations and delivering multi-faceted value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience at a tech company.
• Direct sales quota ownership and closing new business.
• Strong ability to build collaborative relationships with partners.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
• Self-starter with initiative and result orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong in-person presentation skills for multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex negotiations with bespoke terms.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across SMB client organizations and articulate value to diverse leaders.
• Develop and execute Strategic Account Plans mapping client structure and growth opportunities.
• Proactively communicate with clients and provide value-added engagements, managing expectations as a trusted advisor.
• Drive revenue to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Lead upsell conversations for Stripe products with existing and new customers.
• Drive strategic thought leadership within the assigned territory to ensure user success and revenue growth.
• Understand the sales process and competitive landscape for Stripe products and payments.
• Serve as a product and market expert for Stripe to internal teams and customers.
• Synthesize customer feedback to inform Stripe's product roadmap and growth strategy.
