Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in a client-facing or closing sales role.
• Ability to understand complex technical ecosystems and manage complex sales cycles.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Risk, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and cultivate a named list of existing user accounts, crafting account plans to expand business and retain clients.
• Understand users’ pain points and Stripe’s value for SaaS platform clients, proposing tailored solutions.
• Guide clients through evaluations of Stripe solutions for SaaS platforms with cross-functional collaboration to move new projects through activation and adoption.
• Develop and execute strategic programs that deepen product adoption and maximise utilization across the current user base.
• Foster executive relationships with stakeholders at existing clients to drive retention and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on shared initiatives to drive internal efficiency and broader business impact.
• Contribute to Stripe’s go-to-market priority to expand the user base and optimise renewals.
