Job summary

AVI-SPL UK & Ireland is seeking an Account Manager in Ireland to drive growth by developing new business and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will identify innovative audiovisual and collaboration solutions, guide customers from first engagement to project completion, and deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in AV/UC/Video Conferencing industry preferred.
• Proven experience selling AV and collaboration technologies.
• Consultative selling approach with strong proposal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow accounts and create new opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers as a trusted advisor.
• Identify, qualify and manage opportunities through full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Deliver presentations and solution demonstrations to meet business needs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts with accurate pricing and terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sale-to-implementation.
• Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts.
• Represent AVI-SPL at events and briefings to build market presence.
