Job summary

Salsa is seeking a Store Supervisor in Dublin to lead daily shift operations and uphold the brand standard. You will champion exceptional customer service, coach the team, and ensure the store meets its commercial goals while delivering a memorable in-store experience.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to motivate staff, coordinate training, and maintain brand visuals across the shop floor, aligning with Irish retail practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fashion retail customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Team-oriented, flexible and proactive with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily shift activities with the Store Manager guidance.
• Deliver an exceptional in-store experience and strengthen Salsa brand presence.
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve sales and customer-service targets.
• Ensure smooth store operations, opening/closing procedures and guidelines.
• Support visual merchandising and adapt layouts to campaigns and local trends.
