• Previous experience in customer service within fashion retail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily shift activities under Store Manager guidance.
• Enhance Salsa DNA and in-store brand experience.
• Inspire and develop the team; provide coaching and feedback.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build loyalty.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and in-store merchandising.
• Support operational priorities and communicate targets to the team.
