Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service within fashion retail (preferred).
• Strong communication skills with empathy and rapport with customers.
• Proactivity, dynamism and strong initiative.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of denim products, fabrics, washes, fits and finishes.
• Stay up to date with new collections, trends and innovations in jeanswear.
• Advise on the most suitable fits to help customers feel confident in their choice.
• Maintain visual merchandising and keep the store organized and inspiring.
• Support stockroom and store processes impacting stock management and customer experience.
• Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Use social influence to support cross-selling and up-selling.
